REMOVAL OF ONE LAYER OF ASPHALT SHINGLES: 1/4Pitch Plywood Decking.

Fasten loose sheathing and pound down nails as required. Minor repair to roofdeck if needed.
General ground clean-up and haul away of roofing materials and debris. Clean gutters of debris.
Extensive dry rot or deck repairs are $30.00 an hour extra plus materials.

INSTALLATION OF NEW MATERIALS:

36 inch 30 pound asphalt felt underlay and starter shingles along eaves. New baked enamel pan and step flashing around brick chimneys or skylights.Worry-free valley system, 24 inch baked enamel metal valleys. Water diverter tabs in corners. Two ply capping on ridges.
